Organisms in their environment are able to survive with the biotic and abiotic factors due to their special features that can help them survive. These are called adaptations. This is anything that can help an organism to survive and reproduce its own kind in its own environment.

Anything under behavioural, can be defined as a feature of an organism's habits, actions or way of life, that assists the organism to survive.

This can be defined as a feature of the way an organism's body works, to assist its survival.
